Terms of Service

By accessing or using AutoSEOPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use AutoSEOPilot. If you are using the service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

AutoSEOPilot is a continuous SEO program. We crawl your website, analyze your content and competitors, identify optimization opportunities, generate SEO-optimized content drafts, help you publish them to your CMS, and track performance over time.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the service at any time. We will give you reasonable notice before making changes that materially affect how the service works.

To use AutoSEOPilot, you need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when signing up. Each account is for one person or one organization — do not share your credentials with others.

You retain all rights to content you submit to AutoSEOPilot and all content generated for you through the service. That includes site data you provide, content drafts the AI produces, and any edits you make.

By submitting content to the service, you grant AutoSEOPilot a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit that content solely to provide the service — for example, crawling your site, generating content drafts, and publishing to your CMS.

We do not use your content to train AI models. Your data is processed by third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) under their API agreements, which do not allow training on customer data.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Generate or distribute spam, malware, or abusive content
• Infringe on anyone's intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the service's underlying technology
• Use the service to deceive, defraud, or mislead search engines or end users
• Interfere with or disrupt the service's infrastructure
• Access or use another user's account without permission

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove content that violates these rules.

Free trial. AutoSEOPilot offers a 3-day free trial. A valid payment card is required to start the trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.

Subscription. After the trial ends, your card is charged automatically at the current monthly rate. The standard price is $69/month. Any launch promotion or discount is applied and governed in Stripe Checkout/Billing, not as a separate app plan. We may adjust pricing in the future, but we will give you at least 30 days' notice before any change takes effect.

Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. No partial refunds are provided for unused time in a billing period.

Payment processing. All payments are processed by Stripe. AutoSEOPilot does not store your card details. Stripe handles billing, receipts, and card security in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

AutoSEOPilot uses AI models from OpenAI and Anthropic to generate content drafts. These drafts are based on your site data, product information, and competitive research.

You own the outputs. All content generated for you through the service belongs to you. You may edit, publish, modify, or delete it without restriction.

Review before publishing. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or phrasing that does not match your brand voice. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before it is published.

No guaranteed outcomes. AutoSEOPilot does not guarantee any specific SEO rankings, traffic increases, or search engine results. SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, and your existing site authority.

When you approve content for publishing, AutoSEOPilot sends it to your connected CMS or website. You are solely responsible for the content that gets published on your site.

You should review all content before approving it for publication. AutoSEOPilot is not responsible for the consequences of publishing inaccurate, infringing, or harmful content, even if the content was AI-generated.

We aim to keep AutoSEOPilot available and reliable. However, the service is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily interrupts the service. We will try to give you advance notice for planned downtime when possible.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoSEOPilot Inc and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the total fees you paid to AutoSEOPilot in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoSEOPilot Inc, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Content you submit, publish, or distribute through the service
• Your use of the service in a manner that violates law
• Your violation of these terms or anyone's intellectual property or other rights

You may cancel your account at any time by canceling your subscription in your account settings.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Upon termination, your right to use the service stops immediately. The following sections survive termination: 4 (Your Content), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), and 14 (Governing Law).

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new terms take effect.

Continued use of the service after the updated terms take effect means you accept the changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Delaware.
