Terms of Service

This agreement is between you and Ideaplexa LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“we”, “us”, “AutoSEOPilot”). If you have questions, reach us at [email protected].

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AutoSEOPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use AutoSEOPilot. If you are using the service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. The Service

AutoSEOPilot runs a continuous SEO and AI-search-visibility program for one website. We ingest your site, use external search-data services such as DataForSEO for search research, route generation requests through the Vercel AI Gateway to configured AI model providers, publish content to your CMS (under guardrails you control), and show Google Search Console performance data with supporting search evidence.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the service at any time. We will give you reasonable notice before making changes that materially affect how the service works.

3. Your Account

To use AutoSEOPilot, you need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when signing up. Each account is for one person or one organization — do not share your credentials with others.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to content you submit to AutoSEOPilot and all content generated for you through the service. That includes site data you provide, content drafts the AI produces, and any edits you make.

By submitting content to the service, you grant AutoSEOPilot a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit that content solely to provide the service — for example, crawling your site, generating content drafts, and publishing to your CMS.

We do not knowingly use your content to train AI models. Your data is processed by third-party AI model providers (accessed via the Vercel AI Gateway) under their API agreements; whether those providers may use API data for training is governed by their terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You are responsible for what gets published to your own website through AutoSEOPilot. Depending on your selected automation mode and publishing safeguards, content may be published automatically or held for review. You are responsible for configuring those controls appropriately and for reviewing factual, legal, regulatory, and brand-sensitive content as appropriate. You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Generate or distribute spam, malware, or abusive content
  • Use the service for adult sexual content or services, gambling, weapons sales, or illegal or controlled goods
  • Create or promote deceptive financial schemes, including fraudulent investment, lending, or insurance offers
  • Provide medical diagnosis or treatment, legal advice, or individualized investment, lending, or insurance advice
  • Infringe on anyone's intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the service's underlying technology
  • Use the service to deceive, defraud, or mislead search engines or end users
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service's infrastructure
  • Access or use another user's account without permission

Ordinary software, products, and services that serve businesses in these sectors are not prohibited solely because of the sector. The restrictions apply when the content itself provides the prohibited sexual services, gambling or weapons sales, illegal or controlled goods, deceptive financial scheme, or individualized medical, legal, investment, lending, or insurance advice described above. We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or remove content when we believe these rules or safety requirements are violated.

6. Subscription, Billing & Refunds

Subscription. AutoSEOPilot is a paid subscription. When you sign up, your subscription starts immediately and your card is charged at checkout. There is one plan, the Standard plan, priced at $99/month.

Launch discount. When a launch promotion is configured, Polar applies it to your first invoice only — for example, an active launch offer charges $49.50 for the first month, then $99/month for each renewal thereafter. Whether a discount applies to you is shown at checkout; promotions are not a separate plan and are governed entirely in Polar Checkout/Billing.

We may adjust pricing in the future, but we will give you at least 30 days' notice before any change takes effect.

Merchant of record. Polar is the merchant of record for all purchases. Polar processes subscriptions, invoicing, cancellations, and refunds on behalf of Ideaplexa LLC, and Polar’s terms apply to the payment-processing layer. AutoSEOPilot does not store your card details; card security is governed by Polar’s terms and its PCI obligations.

Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription in two ways. If you use AutoSEOPilot’s in-app Cancel now action, access and new work for that workspace stop immediately and future renewals stop. If you schedule cancellation in Polar, access continues through the period end displayed by Polar and the subscription does not renew after that period. Cancellation does not delete your account or data and does not automatically refund charges already made. Paid billing periods are not prorated automatically.

Refunds. Except where required by law or where support expressly agrees in writing on a case-by-case basis, charges are non-refundable. There is no guaranteed refund window or self-serve refund entitlement. If you have a billing issue, contact support and we will review it manually. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund amounts already charged. When a refund is approved, Polar processes it to your original payment method.

7. AI-Generated Content

AutoSEOPilot uses AI models (accessed via the Vercel AI Gateway) to generate content drafts. These drafts are based on your site data, product information, and competitive research.

You own the outputs. All content generated for you through the service belongs to you. You may edit, publish, modify, or delete it without restriction.

Review as appropriate. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or phrasing that does not match your brand voice. Use the available safeguards and review content as appropriate for your automation mode, including for factual accuracy, legal or regulatory requirements, and brand fit. You are responsible for deciding whether content is suitable for publication and for the content published through your account.

No guaranteed outcomes. AutoSEOPilot does not guarantee any specific SEO rankings, traffic increases, or search engine or AI-answer placements. Search outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, and your existing site authority.

8. Publishing

When you approve content for publishing, or when your selected automation mode permits automatic publishing, AutoSEOPilot sends it to your connected CMS or website. You are solely responsible for the content that gets published on your site.

If you use a review step, review content before approving it. If you enable automatic publishing, use the available safeguards and review published content as appropriate. AutoSEOPilot is not responsible for the consequences of publishing inaccurate, infringing, or harmful content, even if the content was AI-generated.

9. Availability

We aim to keep AutoSEOPilot available and reliable. However, the service is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that temporarily interrupts the service. We will try to give you advance notice for planned downtime when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ideaplexa LLC and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or the service shall not exceed the total fees you paid to AutoSEOPilot in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ideaplexa LLC, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Content you submit, publish, or distribute through the service
  • Your use of the service in a manner that violates law
  • Your violation of these terms or anyone's intellectual property or other rights

12. Termination

You may cancel a workspace subscription as described in Section 6. Subscription cancellation is separate from account deletion.

Account deletion. Account deletion requires recent authentication and explicit confirmation; depending on how you sign in, an email confirmation may also be required. Deletion is fail-closed and may remain pending until active subscriptions and checkouts are canceled or verified absent, applicable Google OAuth access is revoked, PostHog erasure is verified, and stored artifacts are purged and verified. If a required check cannot be verified, the account remains and deletion does not complete. Content already published to your own CMS is yours and remains there — we do not delete it.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

Upon termination, your right to use the service stops immediately. The following sections survive termination: 4 (Your Content), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), and 14 (Governing Law).

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new terms take effect.

Continued use of the service after the updated terms take effect means you accept the changes. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Wyoming.
